I am an out-of-network, self-pay provider. If you have insurance, I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Payment is collected 48 hours prior to the session. Major credit and debit cards, FSA, and HSA cards are accepted for payment.

To avoid cancellation fees, please cancel your appointment within 48-hours. This allows others to be seen.
